Cranberry goat cheese dip is an easy to make, 3 ingredient, delicious gluten-free appetizer for the holiday season. Softened cream cheese + goat cheese are blended together with a hand mixer. Spread mixture on a serving plate. Stir up a can of cranberry sauce or homemade cranberry sauce and spread over the cream cheese/goat cheese mixture. I did not add chopped nuts for I am getting a lot of request for nut-free recipes. Serve this dip with homemade gluten-free toasts(recipe in blog below).

  • 1 small Goat cheese log
  • 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce or homemade cranberry sauce

optional toppings

  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped pistachios, walnuts or almonds
