- Canned Pure Pumpkin
- Swerve Sweetener granular
- Swerve Sweetener brown sugar
- Baking Soda
- Baking Powder
- Pumpkin Spice
- Nutmeg

- Milk
- Walnuts

I took new photos, wrote out a new blog post and on my Instagram and Facebook pages I did a fun “ how to make “ video to watch.
My blog is filled with gluten-free quick bread recipes like cinnamon swirl loaf, banana bread, poppyseed loaf and brown sugar pecan loaf. All are great tasting, moist and easy to make gluten-free loaves.
Quick breads are definitely a favourite of mine when baking, that is obvious by the amount of gluten-free recipes for them on my site. They are just so easy to make, moist, delicious and can be enjoyed as a dessert, afternoon snack or to-go breakfast.
This gluten-free pumpkin apple bread is a blend of canned pure pumpkin and a shredded honeycrisp apple. The shredded apple adds so much moisture to the gluten-free loaf. Two fall favourites- pumpkin and apple team up to make this gluten-free pumpkin apple quick bread. I love it with my hot drink of choice-earl grey tea latte. A slice of this loaf is a lovely treat on a fall day or cold winter day.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE LOAF:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl add the oil, eggs and pumpkin and mix with a hand mixer.
- Add the sweeteners, baking powder, baking soda and spices and mix.
- Add the shredded apple and mix.
- Add the gluten-free flour blend and milk and beat on medium speed until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour into the lined pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Apple Loaf

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (398ml) canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup granular Swerve sweetener
- 2 tbsp brown sugar Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Gluten-free baking powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup shredded honeycrisp apple
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free flour blend
- 1/4 cup Milk of choice
- 1/2 cup raw chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl add the oil, eggs and pumpkin.
- Mix on medium speed.
- Add the sweeteners, baking powder and soda and spices and mix.
- Add the shredded apples and mix on low speed just until combined.
- Add the gluten free flour and milk and mix on low, increase speed to medium and mix until batter is smooth.
- Fold in the walnuts.
- Pour batter into lined loaf pan.
- Bake loaf for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove and cool.
