This cherry cheesecake dip is a great addition to a table full of desserts. It is light and fluffy, no-bake and tastes just like a traditional baked cheesecake. It only uses 4 ingredients and can be whipped up in just 10 minutes. You can easily switch up the fruit topping in this dip. Try blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. I like to take frozen berries and add them to a saucepan with a tiny bit of water. Heat and boil then turn down temp and add a cornstarch slurry until mixtures thickens. Cool and then you can top the cheesecake layer.
