- Corn Syrup (or use Honey)
- Butter
- Gluten-Free Crispy Rice Cereal
- Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

Tons of peanut butter flavour, these gluten-free no-bake pb crisp squares are a delicious treat that your family will love. I mean-any sweet treat made with peanut butter is a good treat I say!
Can you use other nut butters?
I am a big fan of peanut butter in these squares, but feel free to try almond butter, cashew butter or sunflower seed butter in the recipe. This gluten-free no-bake peanut butter crisp bar recipe is so easy. Add wet ingredients to a small saucepan and heat until all is melted. Add the melted mixture to a medium bowl that has rolled oats and gluten-free rice cereal in it. Stir to combine and pour into a lined square baking pan. Let it rest 10 minutes and it is ready to eat. Can it get any easier?
HOW TO MAKE THE SQUARES:
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan add the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
- Heat on low/medium and stir. Once completely melted you remove from the heat.
- In a medium bowl add the rice cereal and rolled oats and stir.
- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the dry and stir well.
- Spoon mixture into lined pan and press down lightly.
- Let rest or chill for 10 minutes.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
Instructions
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan add the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
- Heat to low/medium and stir until mixture is melted and smooth.
- In a medium bowl add the rolled oats and crispy rice cereal and stir.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spoon mixture into lined pan and press down lightly.
- Cool in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
