I am a big fan of peanut butter in these squares, but feel free to try almond butter, cashew butter or sunflower seed butter in the recipe. This gluten-free no-bake peanut butter crisp bar recipe is so easy. Add wet ingredients to a small saucepan and heat until all is melted. Add the melted mixture to a medium bowl that has rolled oats and gluten-free rice cereal in it. Stir to combine and pour into a lined square baking pan. Let it rest 10 minutes and it is ready to eat. HOW TO MAKE THE SQUARES:

  1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan add the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
  3. Heat on low/medium and stir. Once completely melted you remove from the heat.
  4. In a medium bowl add the rice cereal and rolled oats and stir.
  5. Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the dry and stir well.
  6. Spoon mixture into lined pan and press down lightly.
  7. Let rest or chill for 10 minutes.
