INGREDIENTS USED TO MAKE GRANOLA:
- Gluten-free rolled oats
 - Raw sliced almonds ( chopped pecans or walnuts)
 - Shredded coconut
 - Raw pumpkin seeds and or sunflower seeds
 - Dried vanilla powder
 - Butter
 - Honey
 - Maple syrup
 - Nutmeg
 - Cinnamon
 - Mixed dried fruit ( dried cranberries, currants, chopped apricots, chopped dates, raisins, dried apples)

HOW TO MAKE THE EASY GRANOLA:
- In a large mixing bowl add the rolled oats, almonds, shredded coconut , spices and seeds.
 - In a small saucepan add the butter, honey and maple syrup and heat on low. Once melted and stirred well add the vanilla and take off heat.
 - Pour butter mixture over oats and stir well.
 - Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
 - Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - Spread granola on cookie sheet.
 - Every 7 minutes give the granola a stir.
 - Cook for 20 minutes in total. In last 5 minutes of baking add the dried fruit.
 - Remove from oven and cool.
 - Let cool for 10 minutes and then you can break up the granola chunks.
 - Store in large jar.

- 1 measuring spoons and cups
 - 1 spatula
 
Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
 - 2/3 cups sliced almonds or chopped pecans and walnuts
 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut
 - 1/2 cup pumpkin and or sunflower seeds
 - 1 tsp dried vanilla powder
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 6 tbsp honey
 - 6 tbsp maple syrup
 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 cup mixed dried fruit like dried cranberries, raisins, currents, chopped apricots, chopped dates or dried apples
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
 - Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - In large bowl stir together oats, almonds, coconut, spices and pumpkin seeds
 - In small saucepan, melt butter with honey and maple syrup over low heat. Once melted stir well and add vanilla.
 - Pour butter mixture over oat mixture and stir until well combined.
 - Spread evenly on large cookie sheet.
 - Bake for 20 minutes. Stirring every 7 minutes.
 - Last 5 minutes of baking add the chopped fruit and stir.
 - Remove from oven and cool.
 - Once cooled for 10 minutes, break up granola chunks.
 - Store in large container.
