Making homemade gluten-free food gifts is a favorite of mine to give in the holidays. Throughout the year I collect tins and flat wooden boxes that I can fill with a ton of gluten-free baking. Recipes like molasses cookies, Linzer cookies, sugar cookies and holiday bliss balls.
The caramel on this Chex mix has a rich nutty flavour and I also like to sprinkle Maldon sea salt on top once the mix is made. Crunchy, sweet and salty all go so well together. Find yourself some holiday tins or jars and make up this gluten-free holiday snack recipe. The gluten-free caramel Chex mix easily stores in an airtight container for 3-4 weeks.
