INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE BARS:
- Brown Sugar
- Butter
- Honey
- Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- Chopped Dried Dates or Apricots
- Gluten-Free Chocolate Chips
- Cinnamon
- Dried Cranberries
- Sliced Almonds
- Shredded Coconut

HOW TO MAKE THE GRANOLA BARS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper.
- Spray sides of pan well to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl add the oats, cranberries, almonds, chopped dates, coconut and cinnamon.
- Stir to combine.
- In a small saucepan combine the butter with honey and brown sugar.
- Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to boil. Stir occasionally.
- Pour over the oat mixture and stir well with a spatula.
- Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Pour mixture into lined pan and pat down to smooth out.
- Bake for 2-23 minutes.
- Remove and cut only once bars are cooled down.

My gluten-free chocolate chip granola bar recipe makes approximately 10-12 granola bars. Eight if you cut into a longer length, 14 if you cut smaller. - 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/3-2/3 cup chopped up dried dates
- 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a square 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Spray sides of pan to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl add oats, cranberries, almonds, apricots, coconut and cinnamon.
- Stir to combine.
- In a small saucepan combine butter with honey and brown sugar.
- Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to boil. Stir occasionally.
- Pour butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix.
- Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Pour mixture into lined pan and press down to smooth out.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
