  3. Spray sides of pan well to prevent sticking.
  4. In a medium bowl add the oats, cranberries, almonds, chopped dates, coconut and cinnamon.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. In a small saucepan combine the butter with honey and brown sugar.
  7. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to boil. Stir occasionally.
  8. Pour over the oat mixture and stir well with a spatula.
  9. Add chocolate chips and stir.
  10. Pour mixture into lined pan and pat down to smooth out.
  11. Bake for 2-23 minutes.
  12. Remove and cut only once bars are cooled down.

  • Stir to combine.

  • Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to boil. Stir occasionally.
  • Pour butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir.
  • Pour mixture into lined pan and press down to smooth out.
