Mix up this gluten and dairy-free easy waffle recipe for your next weekend breakfast. The gluten-free waffles are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. I know everyone says the same thing, but I do think this is the BEST gluten and dairy free waffle recipe.
Serve the waffles with maple syrup or your favourite fruit and whipped topping. Looking for a new topping on your gluten-free waffles? Try Fatso salted caramel peanut butter on top. I was skeptical at first, but after my first bite I was happy happy.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WAFFLE TOPPING?
When it comes to breakfast, are you team pancakes or team waffles? Everyone always has such strong opinions on what they prefer? I love them both, but sometimes I find waffles are easier to make. With pancakes you need to make 3-4 pancakes per person but with waffles you usually only have to make one. I have a waffle maker that makes 4 waffles at the same time.
Whether it is waffles or pancakes preferred in your home, I think we all have a love of breakfast. Whip up a batch of these gluten and dairy-free waffles this weekend for the family.
