Everything is our home takes on a holiday twist when it is the Christmas season-even our snacks. Such as adding melted white chocolate and crushed gluten-free candy canes to a big bowl of popcorn. It takes minutes to make and you only need 3 ingredients to make it. Make a batch while you are decorating the Christmas tree or watching your favorite Christmas movies.
HOW TO MAKE THE POPCORN:
- Lightly grease/spray a large bowl. Add popcorn.
- In a microwaveable bowl add the white chocolate chips and melt on low.
- Add 1/2 the crushed candy canes and stir.
- Pour over the popcorn and stir.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the popcorn onto the cookie sheet and spread out. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed candy canes over.
- Let cool and set.
- Once set, break up into pieces and put in a ziploc bag to store.
Make a batch of this white chocolate peppermint popcorn and keep it in a gallon freezer bag and keep in the pantry. This way you can enjoy it whenever you want-if it is not ate right away!

- 1 1/2 Bags white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup crushed gluten-free candy canes
Instructions
- Lightly grease/spray a large bowl. Add popcorn.
- In a microwaveable bowl add the white chocolate chips and melt on low.

- Pour chocolate over popcorn and mix well.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour popcorn on cookie sheet and spread out.
- Sprinkle the rest of the crushed candy canes over popcorn.
- Let cool to set.
- Break up the popcorn and store in 2 large ziploc bags.
