- Eggs
- Whipping Cream
- Vanilla

- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Psyllium Husk Powder
- Gluten-Free Baking Powder
- Coconut Flour
- Boiling Water

HOW TO MAKE THE DONUTS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 6 donut baking pan or use a silicone donut pan.
- In a stand mixer (or use a hand mixer and a bowl) add the butter and Swerve and beat.
- Add the eggs and beat, scraping sides of bowl to incorporate al.
- Add the almond flour, psyllium, baking powder and coconut flour and beat on medium speed.
- Add the whipping cream and vanilla and mix again.
- Add the boiling water and beat on medium speed until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour batter into each individual donut mold.
- Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes.
- Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove donuts from the pan.
