  • Dump the chocolate cake into a mixing bowl and use a fork to crumble it.
  • Add the frosting and stir well.
  • Use a small or medium ice cream scoop to drop balls onto a parchment lined small cookie sheet. Roll each ball well with your hands.
  • Melt some candy wafers. Dip each end of lollipop stick in the candy and place in each cake pop. Let set in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  • Melt various candy wafers in glass bowls.
  • Dip each cake pop in the melted candy melts and place on the lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • Melt more candy wafers and pour into piping bags. Use the foam to stand each cake pop up and then decorate. Sprinkles are optional.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
