crushed gluten-free candy canes

mint chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 8x8 square baking pan with parchment paper
In a medium bowl add the oil, butter, vanilla and eggs and beat with a hand mixer well.
Add the coconut flour, sugar and cocoa and beat on low speed.
Increase speed to medium and beat until you have a smooth batter.
Pour batter into lined pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over brownies once out of the oven. Once melted spread chocolate evenly over brownies.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes over chocolate.
Let brownies cool competely before cutting.
