- 1 Pkg Cream cheese, softened (250g)
- 1 small Goat cheese log
- 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce or homemade cranberry sauce
optional toppings
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped pistachios, walnuts or almonds
Add softened cream cheese and goat cheese to a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer. Beat until it is creamy and smooth.
Spread mixture into a serving dish or pie plate.
Pour cranberry sauce over the cream cheese mixture and spread out.
Serve with gluten-free crackers or homemade gluten-free toasts(recipe in blog)
