Cranberry goat cheese dip is an easy to make, delicious, 3 ingredients gluten-free appetizer that is perfect for the holidays. It is a quick and easy to make appetizer that will become a huge hit for those lucky enough to try it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pkg Cream cheese, softened (250g)
  • 1 small Goat cheese log
  • 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce or homemade cranberry sauce

optional toppings

  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped pistachios, walnuts or almonds

Instructions
 

  • Add softened cream cheese and goat cheese to a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer. Beat until it is creamy and smooth.
  • Spread mixture into a serving dish or pie plate.
  • Pour cranberry sauce over the cream cheese mixture and spread out.
  • Serve with gluten-free crackers or homemade gluten-free toasts(recipe in blog)
