Low Carb Gluten Free Air Fry Meatballs
This easy gluten-free recipe for low carb air fry meatballs uses simple ingredients. They are ready in under 15 minutes and are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients

ground pork (about 200 g)

ground Italian sausage meat (375 g)

low carb crumb mix

large egg

grated onion

garlic powder

tsp
dried oregano

tsp
chili powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop meatballs.
Drop on a plate.
Use hands to roll each one into a meatball.
Spray the air fry basket with oil.
Add meatballs to basket making sure they don’t touch and you don’t overcrowd them.
You will need to make a few batches of meatballs depending on the size of the air fry basket.
Air Fry 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Flip each meatball over.
Cook for another 6 minutes.
Repeat until all meatballs are cooked.
