shredded cheese( I used a combo of sharp cheddar and mozzarella)

Gluten-free baking powder

melted butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until well combined. This takes maybe 2 minutes.
Use an ice cream scoop to drop batter onto lined cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm.
