  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until well combined. This takes maybe 2 minutes.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to drop batter onto lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.
