Gluten-Free Chicken Salad Tomato Bowls

Ingredients

cup
leftover chicken breast, finely chopped

large green onion, finely chopped
3
small stalks of celery, finely chopped

tsp
dried dill
1/4
tsp
dried oregano
1/4
cup
toasted pecans or walnuts
2
tbsp
dried cranberries
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
plain greek yogurt
6-8
large round tomatoes
Instructions
Hollow out the tomatoes.
In a medium bowl whisk the mayonnaise and yogurt.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Fill the tomato bowls with the chicken salad mixture.
