Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Bars

Frosting
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 2/3 cup Icing sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp milk
- Pink food coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl add the butter and sugar and beat with a hand mixer.
Add the cream cheese, vanilla and almond extract and beat until creamy and light.
Add the egg and beat again.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until batter is smooth.
Pour into lined pan and bake for 22-24 minutes.
Remove and cool.
Once cool make the icing and top cake with icing and sprinkles . Enjoy!
