Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

Frosting

  • 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1 2/3 cup Icing sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • Pink food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl add the butter and sugar and beat with a hand mixer.
  • Add the cream cheese, vanilla and almond extract and beat until creamy and light.
  • Add the egg and beat again.
  • Add the dry ingredients and beat until batter is smooth.
  • Pour into lined pan and bake for 22-24 minutes.
  • Remove and cool.
  • Once cool make the icing and top cake with icing and sprinkles . Enjoy!

Frosting

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and beat well with a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
