- 1/2 pkg cream cheese block, softened
- 1 Cup marshmallow fluff
- 2 cups Cool whip
- 1 Canned bing cherries, drained
Add cream cheese, cool whip and marshmallow fluff to a mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread mixture onto a serving plate or pie plate.
Drain bing cherries and spread all over the cheesecake mixture.
Serve with gluten-free graham crackers and gluten-free shortbread cookies.
