Witch Hat Cheeseball
Shape cheeseball mixture into a witch hat, cover with poppyseeds and dazzle your Halloween party guests with this spooky gluten-free appetizer.

- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 2 Cups Shredded cheddar and mozza cheese
- 1 can green chilies mini can (118 ml)
- 1 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 2 tsp chile powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- poppyseeds
- black sesame seeds
Add softened cream cheese to a medium bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add the shredded cheese, canned chilies, bacon, garlic and chile powder and use a wooden spoon to mix well.
Drop a couple big spoons of mixture onto a circle cutting board and form the base of the witch hat.
Add the rest of the cream cheese mixture and form the witch hat.
Cover entire hat with poppyseeds or black sesame seeds.
Cut carrots into circles and add to the brim of the hat.
Add gluten-free crackers around entire hat.
Serve with more crackers and veggies.
