These gluten-free no-bake peanut butter crisp squares come together quickly and are a perfect grab and go breakfast, snack or after school treat.

  • Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small saucepan add the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
  • Heat to low/medium and stir until mixture is melted and smooth.
  • In a medium bowl add the rolled oats and crispy rice cereal and stir.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
  • Spoon mixture into lined pan and press down lightly.
  • Cool in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
