Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan add the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
Heat to low/medium and stir until mixture is melted and smooth.
In a medium bowl add the rolled oats and crispy rice cereal and stir.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
Spoon mixture into lined pan and press down lightly.
Cool in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
