Instant Pot Mongolian Beef
This gluten-free instant pot mongolian beef recipe is super easy to make and tastes as good as take-out. Just toss all the ingredients into the Instant Pot and wait for the magic to happen.
Slice flank steak into thin strips.
Add flank steak and cornstarch to a medium bowl.
Heat Instant Pot to sauté.
Add sesame oil and beef.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except green onions and seal Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Serve with chopped onions on top.
