Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl stir together the seed butter, melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture on to the lined cookie sheets.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes, stirring at the the 20 minute mark.
Remove and cool.
Store in mason jars in the refrigerator.
