Gluten Free Cinnamon Swirl Loaf
An easy to make gluten-free cinnamon swirl cake that is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack or dessert.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer beat the butter and the brown sugar.
Add the oil and beat until smooth. Using spatula to scrape sides of bowl and incorporate all.
In a small bowl whisk the gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
Add the eggs and mix on low speed. Scraping sides of bowl to incorporate all. Increase speed to medium and beat well.
Add the dry ingredients and mix on low.
Add the buttermilk and mix on low speed. Increase speed to medium and beat until you have a smooth batter.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into the loaf pan.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar topping over batter.
Add the rest of the batter, smooth out top and bake in the oven for about an hour.
Remove and cool.
