Gluten Free No Bake O Henry Bars

These easy to make gluten-free no bake O Henry bars are a sweet and crunchy square to make in the summertime.

  • Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter into a glass bowl or microwavable bowl.
  • Microwave for a minute and stir.
  • Microwave again for a couple minutes until melted and bubbly.
  • Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
  • In a medium bowl add the rice krispies, chopped peanuts and salt and stir.
  • Pour melted mixture over krispies and sti well.
  • Press into a parchment lined 8 x 8 square pan.
  • Melt in microwave the topping ingredients (peanut butter and chocolate chips).
  • Spread the topping onto the base.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Slice and serve.
