Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 donut pans well. This recipe made 9 donuts for me.
In a medium bowl add the eggs and sweetener and beat with a hand mixer.
Add the oil and applesauce and beat again.
In a small bowl mix the milk and vinegar together.
Add the sour milk and mix on low.
Add the gluten-free flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix on low speed. Increase speed to medium and beat until you have a smooth batter.
Spoon 1/2 the batter into a disposable icing bag. Cut about 1/2 inch tip off bag.
Pipe batter into greased donut pans.
Lightly tap donut pan before placing in oven.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
Remove donuts from pan after 3-4 minutes of cooling.
Mix up cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle each donut while they are still warm.
