Fry up some chopped-up bacon.
Remove bacon from pan.
Drain fat from pan, and wipe clean with a paper towel.
Whip up 2 eggs.
Put 1 tsp of butter into pan.
Pour eggs into pan.
Tilt pan a couple of times to coat the sides.
Also, using a spatula lift the sides of the cook eggs, and tilt pan to allow raw to go under.
Once eggs are set, add various toppings.
Fold eggs in half.
