  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a stand mixer add the butter and Swerve sweetener and mix.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and mix on low speed. Use a spatula to scrape sides of bowl and mix again.
  • Add the gluten-free flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix on low speed.
  • Add the buttermilk and mix on low speed, increasing speed to medium and beating until you have a smooth batter.
  • Stir in the chopped apples and walnuts.
  • Pour batter into lined loaf pan.
  • Bake in oven for 55 minutes.
  • Remove and cool.
