  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl add gf flour, baking powder and dried vanilla powder and whisk together.
  • In a medium bowl add the butter and sugar and beat well.
  • Add the eggs and beat well again.
  • Add the dry ingredients and the applesauce, oil and buttermilk and beat on low speed. Increase speed to medium and beat until you have a smooth batter.
  • Pour batter into lined square pan.
  • Bake for 35-38 minutes.
  • Remove and cool.
