Gluten-Free Apple Bread
Chunks of apple and bits of nuts in this easy gluten-free quick bread recipe. It is the perfect loaf for breakfast, afternoon tea or anytime you want a delicious treat.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer add the butter and Swerve sweetener and mix.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix on low speed. Use a spatula to scrape sides of bowl and mix again.
Add the gluten-free flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix on low speed.
Add the buttermilk and mix on low speed, increasing speed to medium and beating until you have a smooth batter.
Stir in the chopped apples and walnuts.
Pour batter into lined loaf pan.
Bake in oven for 55 minutes.
Remove and cool.
