The recipe uses ingredients like <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3TiPkyk\">gluten-free flour<\/a>, white and brown sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and milk. Scraping sides of bowl to incorporate all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the eggs and beat well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small bowl add the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3TiPkyk\">flour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3UUOBVp\">cocoa<\/a>, baking powder, baking soda and whisk well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the vinegar to the milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the flour mixture plus the sour milk to the mixing bowl and beat on low all ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase speed to medium and beat until batter is smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use an ice cream scoop to drop batter into muffin pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake in oven for 20-23 minutes and remove and cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once cool, you can make a chocolate frosting and icing the cupcakes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Perfect for any occasion because they are easy to make and from start to finish they can be ready in about 45 minutes. The gluten-free chocolate cupcakes are great for any holiday celebration or birthday party. The recipe makes 16-18 regular sized cupcakes or 12 large cupcakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chocolate cupcakes that are gluten-free, moist, easy to make and topped with a rich chocolate frosting.
