Gluten Free Gingerbread Sheet Cake Recipe

A gingerbread sheet cake that is an easy dessert for the holidays




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a stand mixer add the softened butter and sweetener and mix.
  4. Add the molasses and egg and mix on medium speed.
  5. Scrape sides of bowl to incorporate all.
  6. Beat again.
  7. Add the dry ingredients and and mix on medium speed.
  8. Add the milk/vinegar and the water and beat until batter is light and fluffy.
  9. Pour batter into baking pan.
  10. Bake for 30-33 minutes.
  11. Remove and cool.
