Vegan Pumpkin Magic Bars

Layered vegan cookie bars with pumpkin puree and fall spices added




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 1/2 sheet baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl mix the graham crumbs, cashews and melted butter.
  4. Press mixture evenly into lined pan.
  5. In a small bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk well. Add the pumpkin and spices and stir again.
  6. Spread over crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, followed by the coconut and the cashews.
  8. Bake 25 minutes.
  9. Remove and cool.
  10. Enjoy!
