Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

These roasted brussels sprouts are crispy and delicious

Instructions

  1. Trim ends of Brussels sprouts.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts to a medium pot.
  3. Fill with water and heat on medium/high for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and remove Brussels sprouts.
  5. Chop sprouts and cut in 1/2.
  6. Put all sprouts on the cookie sheet.
  7. Pour olive oil all over them.
  8. Spread chopped bacon and apples all over sprouts.
  9. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Toss. If you want them crispier put back in oven for another 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and pour the balsamic over the sprouts and toss.
  12. Serve.
