Keto Vanilla Cheesecake Mousse

A rich and creamy vanilla mousse




  1. In a saucepan add the milk and gelatin and whisk on medium heat until gelatin dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool for at least 20 minutes.
  3. In a food processor add the cream cheese and swerve sweetener and process until smooth.
  4. Add the whipping cream and vanilla and process until it is smooth and creamy.
  5. Process for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the milk/gelatin mixture and process until well mixed.
  7. Pour mixture into small canning jars or a medium bowl.
  8. Place in refrigerator and set for at least an hour.
  9. Enjoy!
