Keto. Bounty Bars

A chocolate covered coconut bar that is low carb.




  1. In a small bowl combined the shredded coconut, whipping cream and vanilla.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Spoon into a silicone bar mold. This made 12 for me.
  4. Press mixture into each mold firmly.
  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  6. In a saucepan melt the chocolate and the coconut oil.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Remove bars from the silicone mold and place on a metal rack with parchment underneath.
  9. Drizzle melted chocolate over each bar, covering well.
  10. Sprinkle crushed raspberries and pea flowers on each bar.
  11. Place back in freezer for 5 minutes.
  12. They are ready. Keep in fridge.
  13. Enjoy!
