  1. Slice flank steak into thin strips.
  2. Add flank steak and cornstarch to a medium bowl. Toss well.
  3. Heat Instant Pot to sauté.
  4. Add sesame oil and beef. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Cancel sauté.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients, except green onions and seal Instant Pot.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. Turn off.
  9. Serve with chopped onions on top.
