Air Fry chicken nuggets

healthy gluten-free and low-carb chicken nuggets made in an air fryer




  1.  Cut up chicken breasts into nugget size pieces.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. Get out 2 flat bowls. In once bowl whisk the milk and oil together.
  4. In the other bowl add the almond flour and spices and stir.
  5. Add 8-9 chicken pieces to the milk mixture.
  6. Use tongs and place pieces in the flour mixture and coat all sides.
  7. Place chicken pieces on a plate. Repeat into all pieces are coated.
  8. Spray air fryer basket with oil.
  9. Add chicken pieces to bottom of air fryer.
  10. The number will depend on the size of the basket.
  11. Spray pieces with oil.
  12. Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully toss pieces and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  13. Repeat until all nuggets are cooked.
  14. Serve with veggies and dip.
  15. Enjoy
