Keto Pie Crust

This pie crust dough is so easy to work with. No rolling required. Just put pie crust dough into the pie plate and pat it down. You can use this recipe for a large pie crust, individual pies or for tarts.

Ingredients

1 cup finely ground almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 large egg
1/2 cup cold butter, cut up

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add the almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium.
  2. Pulse to mix.
  3. Add egg and pulse a couple of times.
  4. While food processor is running add the butter, a few pieces at a time.
  5. This doesn’t take long for the dough to come together.
  6. Dump batter into a pie plate.
  7. Moisten fingers and pat dough evenly into and up sides of pie plate.
  8. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  9. Parbake dough for 12-14 minutes.
  10. Remove and cool.
